Kate Siavel is a Peruvian-American entrepreneur, content creator, and founder dedicated to empowering Latino entrepreneurs in the U.S.
Kate arrived in the U.S. six years ago and began working at a multinational manufacturing company in Ohio while pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at Kent State University. During that time, she launched her YouTube channel, Kate Siavel en USA, where she documented her journey as an immigrant building a new life from scratch.
What began as personal storytelling evolved into a platform that educates the Latino community on small business, entrepreneurship, and access to economic opportunities in the U.S.
Today, Kate’s mission has expanded beyond content. She is building MARIA, a bilingual AI copilot that helps Latino entrepreneurs formalize their businesses through EIN and LLC formation — the first step in her larger vision to create a complete business infrastructure for Latino founders.
Driven by growth, education, and opportunity, Kate continues to use her platforms to inspire and equip the Latino community to start, scale, and succeed in the economy they deserve to be part of.
